Announcement In Respect Of Extension Of The Filing Of The Abridged Audited Annual Financial Statements
For The Year Ended 28 February 2019 And The Abridged Unaudited Financial Statements For The 3 Months
Ended 31 May 2019 And The 6 Months Ended 31 August 2019
The Board of Directors of Go Life would like to inform the public that Go Life will not be in a position
to fulfil its obligation with regards to the Stock Exchange of Mauritius ("SEM") Listing Rule 12.14
concerning the filing of its abridged audited annual financial statements by the prescribed deadline as
the incoming CEO, Mr. Mxolisi Motau required the time to address any and all disclosures and other related
matters with the auditors.
Furthermore, the audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 as well as the Abridged
Unaudited Financial Statements for the 3 months ended 31 May 2019 and 6 months ended 31 August 2019 will
contain disclosures subsequent to the reporting period which need to be reassessed and approved by the board.
Accordingly, SEM has acceded to a requested extended deadline for the Company to file and publish its audited
financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 as well as the Abridged Unaudited Financial Statements
for the 3 months ended 31 May 2019 and 6 months ended 31 August 2019 on or before 28 November 2019.
Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of the
JSE.
