CHANGE OF NAME UPDATE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 October 2019
regarding the results of the voting on the proposed change of name which was passed by the
requisite majority of votes.
Due to a technical error with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)'s
registration system the Company is unable at present to affect the change of name. The
Company endeavours to resolve this administrative issue and pursue the change of name.
Shareholders are therefore advised that the Company continues to trade under the name
Hosken Passenger Logistics and Rail Limited, with Share code HPR, until further notice.
An announcement will be made on SENS once the special resolution, together with all
prescribed documents are able to be lodged with CIPC.
