Resignation And Appointment Of Company Secretary
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mohamed Wazeer Moosa
("Wazeer") has tendered his resignation as PFB's Company Secretary
with effect from 18 November 2019.
The Board takes this opportunity to express their appreciation to
Wazeer and extends its best wishes for his future endeavours.
Shareholders are further advised that, Mr Cornell Kannemeyer has been
appointed as PFB's Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Cornell is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and
holds degrees in both arts and law. Cornell has extensive experience
in commercial law and is a valuable addition to the board.
The board wishes to welcome Cornell and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
