CHANGE IN DEBT SPONSOR
In terms of 2.6 (b) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the
Company and Investec Bank Limited ("Investec") have mutually
agreed to terminate Investec's mandate as the Company's Debt
Sponsor on 31 December 2019.
The Company has appointed First Rand Bank Limited, acting
through its Rand Merchant Bank Debt Financing Group division as
the Company's Debt Sponsor effective 1 January 2020.
