CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Ms Daphne Pan, an alternate director to Mr Eric Li, will no longer be an
alternate director to Mr Li. Ms Pan has now been appointed as an alternate director to
Melanie Chong in respect of her position as an independent non-executive director.
