In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
AfroCentric board of directors ("the Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Ms G Motau has
notified the Board of her retirement as an independent non-executive director and as a
member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 20 November 2019.
The Board thanks Ms Motau for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her
future endeavours.
