RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT: POTENTIAL BEE TRANSACTION
Bell Equipment shareholders are referred to the cautionary
announcement released on SENS on 16 October 2019 relating to the
engagement by the Company in discussions which may culminate in the
introduction of a Black Economic Empowerment("BEE") shareholder into
Bell Equipment Company S A (Pty) Ltd, the manufacturing subsidiary
of the Company ("the proposed BEE transaction").
The cautionary announcement is still relevant and applicable.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company's shares until a further announcement is
made.
