APPOINTMENTS TO COMMITTEES
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of
Directors of Liberty Holdings ("Board") is pleased to announce the following
changes to the composition of two Committees of the Board, with effect from
1 December 2019.
- Ms Nooraya Khan has been appointed as a member of the Group Remuneration
Committee.
- Ms Thembisa Skweyiya has been appointed as the Chairman of the Group
Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee in place of Mr John
Helenius Maree.
- Mr Maree will remain a member of the Group Social, Ethics and
Transformation Committee.
