Full Capital Redemption - NED18
In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of
Nedbank Limited ( Nedbank') Unsecured subordinated notes - "NED
18" under sections D3 and D4(a)( Optional Redemption') of the
Pricing Supplement dated 14 January 2015, investors are herewith
advised of the full capital redemption of NED18 effective 16
January 2020.
In accordance with the terms and conditions, the South African
Registrar of Banks has granted written approval of the
Optional Redemption of the NED18 Notes at the option of
Nedbank.
