report, contain any modifications to the reviewed condensed provisional consolidated results for the financial
period ended 30 June 2019, which were released on SENS on 14 November 2019.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the fifteenth annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company ("AGM")
will be held on Wednesday, 18 December 2019 at the Company's registered office, 1 st Floor, The Wedge, 43
Garsfontein Road, Waterkloof, Pretoria at 09:00 to transact the business as set out in the notice. The salient
dates relevant to the AGM are set out below:
