PASSING OF MPACT COMPANY SECRETARY
It is with great sadness that the board of Mpact advises of the passing of Mrs Noriah Sepuru on Monday, 25
November 2019 after battling illness for some time.
Noriah served as the Company Secretary of Mpact since 1 December 2011.
The board and management of Mpact extend their heartfelt condolences to Noriah's family, friends and
colleagues, and pay tribute to her exceptional leadership, integrity and commitment to the Company.
Mpact has engaged the services of CorpStat Governance Services to assist with the company secretarial
function until the appointment of a permanent Company Secretary.
