NOTICE TO BONDHOLDERS REGARDING THE FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE LISTCO
Bondholders are referred to the announcement released by enX Group Limited ("the ListCo"), a
Guarantor to the Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, on SENS on 25 November 2019 relating
to the release of the ListCo's audited financial results for the year ended 31 August 2019 ("the financial
results").
Bondholders are advised that the financial results are available for inspection at the Issuer's registered
office and on the Listo's website at https://www.enxgroup.co.za/annual-results/. The audit report
issued on the financial results of the ListCo is unqualified.
Furthermore, the Issuer wishes to confirm that there have been no restatements to the previously
published financial results for the year ended 31 August 2018.
