CHANGE TO THE BOARD - RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
PSV ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Carlos Fernandes has resigned as a non-
executive director of PSV with effect from 26 November 2019.
The Board thanks Carlos for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
