NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that RAC
has received formal notification in the prescribed form that Calibre Investment Holdings
Proprietary Limited ("Calibre Investment") has, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the
participating preference shares of RAC, such that the total interest in the participating
preference shares of RAC held by Calibre Investment now amounts to 5.27% of the total issued
participating preference shares of RAC.
