(ICT) company, announces that Ekta Singh-Bushell and Johnson Njeke, Independent
Non-Executive Directors of the Company, will step down from the Social & Ethics
Committee (the "Committee") with effect from 30 November 2019.
Maya Makanjee chairs the Committee and the other members are Stephen Davidson and
Jens Montanana.
