FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF TREPPO GROUP
PROPRIETARY LIMITED ("TREPPO")
Shareholders are referred to the Category 2 announcement published on the Stock Exchange
News Service ("SENS") on 20 June 2019 ("Cat 2 announcement") and the update announcement
issued on 15 October 2019 on SENS wherein shareholders were advised that in terms of Section
9 of the JSE Listings Requirements, that Insimbi had extended an offer to the shareholder of
Treppo, being Texiflash Proprietary Limited ("the Transaction") to acquire control of Treppo
subject to the fulfilment of all suspensive conditions relating to the Transaction.
FULFILMENT OF SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS
Shareholders are further advised that the suspensive conditions listed in the Cat 2
announcement have been met and the Transaction is now unconditional, with effect from 1
November 2019.
