In the 18 November 2019 announcement, shareholders were advised that Tongaat Hulett would release information on the key findings of the forensic investigation conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Proprietary Limited ("PwC") on the Company's
website on Friday 29 November 2019.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the overview report on key findings has now been released on the Company's website under the "Latest News" section.
Shareholders are reminded that PwC's complete forensic report is confidential and subject to legal privilege, and accordingly the complete report will not be published.
