CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following information is
disclosed:
After serving as a Non-Executive Director on the board of directors of ARC Investments ("the Board") since
its inception on 7 September 2017, Ntombenhle Bridget Radebe ("Ms Radebe") has resigned as Non-
Executive Director from the Board and as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with
effect from 28 November 2019. This follows Ms Radebe's decision to resign as the Chief Financial Officer of
African Rainbow Capital Proprietary Limited.
With sincerest appreciation for her dedication, the Board thanks Ms Radebe for her tremendous effort, and
invaluable contribution to the establishment of ARC Investments and wishes her well in all her future
endeavours.
