Nutritional Holdings shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
31 October 2019 and the firm intention announcement ("FIA") dated 25 November 2019.
Shareholders are advised that all the terms of the mandatory offer were announced in the FIA and
shareholders therefore no longer have to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities.
