CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("JSE Listings Requirements"),
the Board of Directors ("Board") wish to inform shareholders that Mrs Brenda M Gourley ("Brenda") an
Independent non-executive director and Chairperson of the Risk Committee will be retiring from the
Board and the Risk, Audit and Investment Committees effective 16 March 2020.
The Board would like to thank Brenda for her valued contribution over the last 12 (twelve) years and
wish her well in her future endeavours.
