NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Posting of Integrated Report and AGM Notice
Shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 July 2019 has been
distributed to shareholders who opted to receive a copy and may be accessed on the Company's website
www.irphumelela.com. The Integrated Annual Report contains no modifications to the condensed
consolidated audited results for the year ended 31 July 2019 published on SENS on 29 November 2019.
Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Phumelela Gaming and Leisure
Limited will be held at 10:30 on Tuesday, 21 January 2020 in the Centenary Room, Turffontein Racecourse,
14 Turf Club Street, Turffontein, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice.
The record date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the register maintained by the transfer
secretaries of the Company for the purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to participate in
and vote at the AGM is Friday, 10 January 2020. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be registered in the Company's register of
shareholders is Tuesday, 07 January 2020.
Shareholders are requested to submit their voting instructions / completed forms of proxy to the Company's
Transfer Secretaries (Computershare Investor Services) no later than 10:00 on Friday, 17 January 2020,
for administrative purposes. A copy of the AGM Notice may be accessed on the Company's website
www.irphumelela.com.
BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT CERTIFICATE
In accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listing Requirements, notice
is hereby given that the Company's annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based
Black Economic Empowerment
Act has been published and is available on the Company's website www.irphumelela.com.
