RETIREMENT OF CHAIRMAN
At the annual general meeting of the Company, held on Thursday, 28 November 2019,
Dr Hassen Adams advised shareholders of his intention to step down as chairman of the
Company in the near term.
In furtherance of this decision, Dr Hassen Adams has now advised the board that he will be
retiring as chairman and director of the Company with effect from 31 January 2020.
As a founding director of the Company, Dr Hassen Adams has been instrumental in the
success and growth of GPI since inception. The Board would like thank Dr Hassen Adams
for his years of leadership, dedication and service to the Company and wishes him well in his
retirement and future endeavours.
