NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Nictus shareholders are hereby advised that PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PWC") has been
appointed as the Company's external auditor, with Mr Jorge M Goncalves acting as the designated
audit partner, replacing KPMG Inc., for the current financial year ending 31 March 2020.
The change is effective immediately and is as a result of an audit firm rotation process initiated by the
Company.
Nictus would like to thank KPMG Inc. for their contribution over the years and looks forward to working
with PWC.
