CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised of the sad passing of the Company Secretary of the Company,
Ms Joanne Matisonn. Joanne played an invaluable role at Accelerate and will be missed.
Keystone Compliance (Pty) Ltd, represented by Ms Stella Bowen, has accordingly been appointed as
Company Secretary of Accelerate, effective 29 November 2019.
Keystone Compliance (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2012 and specialises in providing outsourced company
secretarial services and governance support. The Keystone Compliance (Pty) Ltd team has extensive
expertise in statutory compliance and corporate governance processes.
The board of directors of Accelerate look forward to Keystone Compliance (Pty) Ltd's contribution to
Accelerate.
