CHANGE TO THE BOARD - RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of
Texton ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that with effect from 4 December 2019, Ms Inge Pick has
resigned as executive director and Chief Financial Officer. The Board thanks Ms Pick for her contributions to
the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
Texton will commence the process to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer and shareholders will be advised
once such an appointment has been made.
