RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 19 June 2019 and the
renewal of cautionary announcements released on 31 July 2019, 12 September 2019 and 25 October
2019 relating to the ongoing negotiations regarding the potential disposal of certain of the Company's
sports betting interests ("Proposed Transaction").
As the negotiations in respect of the Proposed Transaction are still in progress, shareholders are advised
to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is
made.
