CHANGES TO THE BOARD - APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the Board is pleased
to announce the appointment of Edwin (Eddy) Oblowitz as an independent non-executive director of
enX, with immediate effect.
Eddy (62) (B Com (UCT) CA (SA) CPA (Isr) has considerable audit, finance and business advisory
experience, having spent twenty-one years in professional practice, most notably as an international
partner of Arthur Andersen. He is an advisor to local and international high net worth families and serves
as a non-executive director and trustee to various listed and non-listed companies and trusts.
The Board welcomes Eddy and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
