PRE-CLOSE TRADING UPDATE
Despite difficult economic conditions, the Company remains confident that the nature of its
portfolio, its low-risk tenant base and the Company's letting expertise will prove to be
defensive in the face of economic headwinds. Fairvest wishes to advise shareholders that
the Company remains on track to meet its previously-published guidance on distribution per
share growth of between 4% and 6% for the 2020 financial year.
The Company currently anticipates releasing its interim financial results for the 6 months
ending 31 December 2019, on or about 2 March 2020.
The forecast confirmation in this trading update has not been reviewed and reported on by
Fairvest's auditors and is the responsibility of the directors.
