Shareholders are advised that with effect from 6 December 2019:
- Djurk Venter has stepped down as chairperson of the audit committee but will remain a member thereof;
- Robin Lockhart-Ross has been appointed as chairperson of the audit committee and has stepped down as
chairperson of the risk committee but remains a member thereof; and
- Sue Ludolph has been appointed as chairperson of the risk committee.
