In compliance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008
("the Companies Act"), shareholders are advised that Adcorp has received
formal notification from Value Capital Partners Proprietary Limited
("VCP") who have acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of Adcorp,
such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of Adcorp held by VCP
now amounts to 25.75% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Adcorp will file the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
