Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 July 2019, wherein the
appointment of Steven Joffe as chief executive officer was announced, following the retirement of
Arnold Goldstone.
Shareholders are further advised that Steven Joffe will replace Arnold Goldstone as a member of
the Company's Social and Ethics Committee, with effect from 2 January 2020.
