RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN DIRECTOR ROLE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Dr Philip Snyman has
resigned as director of the Company and chairman of the Board with effect from 31 December
2019.
Mr Tinus Slabber has been appointed as chairman of the Board with effect from 1 January
2020.
The Board would like to thank Dr Snyman for his contribution to the Company.
