CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Growthpoint
herewith notifies shareholders that Mr John van Wyk has been appointed as a member of the
Audit Committee with immediate effect. The Audit Committee therefore will consist of Mr FM
Berkeley, LA Finlay and JA van Wyk.
