LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES
SYGWD has issued and will list an additional 480 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R33.83 per security.
Following the listing of the 480 000 securities, there will be
246 728 523 SYGWD securities in issue.
