Shareholders are advised that PSG Alpha, a subsidiary of PSG Group, has disposed of its
25.4% interest in Alaris Holdings Limited ("Disposal").
The Disposal is in line with PSG Group's strategy to focus on its core investments and to hold,
where possible, controlling interests.
The Disposal is uncategorised in terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and the
information contained in this announcement has been voluntarily disclosed by the Company.
