CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that Richard Garratt has informed the board that he will step
down as non-executive director, with effect from 31 December 2019, in order to
facilitate new, independent appointments to the board and consequent fresh
perspectives.
Rick founded the HomeChoice Group in 1985 and, over the years, has held the positions
of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the South African operations.
The board wishes to thank Rick for his extensive contribution and is pleased to
confirm that he will continue to act as an advisor to the Group.
