In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, 4Sight
wishes to advise that it has terminated the services of Arbor Capital; Sponsors Proprietary
Limited as Designated Advisor to the Company with effect from 31 December 2019, by
mutual consent.
Further to the above, 4Sight has appointed Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors Proprietary
Limited as Designated Advisor to the Company with effect from 1 January 2020.
