The Murray & Roberts Board of Directors regrets to announce the passing away of Dr Xolani
Mkhwanazi on 4 January 2020, following a short illness.
Xolani had served as an Independent Non-Executive Director since 1 August 2015 and his
contribution to the Group and his warm personality will be missed. Xolani served as member
of the Risk Management, Health, Safety & Environment and the Social Ethics committees.
The Board of Directors extends their condolences and deepest sympathy to his family during
this difficult time.
