RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised of the resignation of Ms Emma Mashilwane as an independent non-
executive director from the Board of Directors of Murray & Roberts, with effect from 5 March
2020.
Ms Mashilwane has decided to pursue a specific opportunity, which requires her to reduce the
number of non-executive director positions she holds. Ms Mashilwane has served as an
Independent Non-Executive Director since August 2017 and was a member of the Audit &
Sustainability Committee and the Risk Committee.
The Board would like to thank her for her contribution and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
