RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited's Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Willem Marais has resigned as Financial Director of
the Company with effect from 10 January 2020.
The Company will immediately commence with the process of finding a replacement.
Mr Marais will remain available for a period of time to assist the Company during this
transition period.
