VOLUNTARY UPDATE - DIONWIRED
Shareholders are referred to the SENS released by Massmart Holdings Limited ("Massmart") on 13 January 2020,
regarding the potential closure of certain of its DionWired stores.
Hyprop has DionWired stores in Canal Walk, Hyde Park Corner and Somerset Mall. These stores represent 0,5% of
total South African retail GLA and 0,5% of total South African basic retail rental income. The stores are
currently open and trading as normal.
There are no DionWired stores in Hyprop's sub-Saharan Africa (excluding South Africa) or Eastern European
portfolios.
