VOLUNTARY UPDATE - DIONWIRED AND MASSCASH
Shareholders are referred to the SENS released by Massmart Holdings Limited on 13 January 2020,
regarding the potential closure of certain of its DionWired and Masscash stores.
Attacq has one DionWired store in its portfolio and no Masscash stores. The DionWired store is
located in the Mall of Africa and Attacq's 80% share of its primary gross lettable area ("PGLA")
is 988m2, representing less than 0.14% of its total portfolio PGLA. The store is currently open
and trading normally.
There are no DionWired or Masscash stores in Attacq's Rest of Africa Retail Investments.
