Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 4 June
2019 and the subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last
of which was dated 2 December 2019, regarding the audit currently
being undertaken on the Company's interim results for the six months
ended 28 February 2018.
Shareholders are advised that the aforementioned audit is in process
and accordingly, are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in their securities in the Company until the audit is complete.
