APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"),
and further to the announcement released on SENS on 11 October 2019, regarding the appointment of
Marna Christina Castelyn as Acting Chief Financial Officer, shareholders are advised of the appointment to
the board of Ms Sinenhlanhla Gloria Chonco , in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, with effect from
1 February 2020.
Ms Chonco joins the day-hospital group from Medicross, where she served as senior financial manager. She
holds several post-graduate qualifications and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered
Accountants. She has been in the medical industry for 11 years and bring a wealth of experience to Advanced
Health.
The board welcomes Ms Chonco to the Company and wish her the best in her new position.
