RESIGNATION OF REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER AGENT
The Board of Directors of Go Life wishes to advise shareholders that Harel Mallac Corporate
Services has resigned as the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent with immediate effect.
The Company is in the process of reviewing and appointing a new Registrar and Transfer Agent
and shareholders will be informed in due course.
Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
AltX of the JSE.
