Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 5 December 2019 regarding
the Transactions that Wearne and its subsidiary Wearne Aggregates (Pty) Limited entered
into with Drift Supersand (Pty) Ltd.
In this announcement words have the same meanings as defined in the said announcement.
Shareholders are advised that the Sale of Business Agreement and Lease Agreement are
unconditional in all respects and have been implemented.
