Metrofile's shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 9 December 2019 relating
to the ongoing discussions between the Company and the Housatonic Consortium regarding the
potential acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Metrofile.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made in this regard.
