RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements the

Mrs. T P Maumela has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive
Director of Astral Foods, due to work commitments with effect
from 23 January 2020.
The board wishes to thank Mrs. Maumela for her valuable
contribution during her time on the board and wish her well for
the future.
