RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 31 October 2019 (which was renewed
on 12 December 2019) advising that the company has received a non-binding expression of interest for the acquisition
of the entire issued share capital of Peregrine.
Negotiations are still in progress with the relevant party and accordingly, pending further announcements, shareholders
are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Peregrine shares.
