CHANGE IN SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF ALEXANDER FORBES SHARES

of 2008 (the Act), shareholders are advised that Kagiso Asset Management Proprietary Limited has
formally notified the Company that its total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company has increased
to 5.07%.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
